Chef Molly is cooking up something healthy and delicious!

Molly is a bubbly, passionate Chef who runs and owns Organicopia. This video was a chance for Molly to express her philosophy behind her cooking as well as to document a trip to one of her favorite local farms, Route 1 Farms in Santa Cruz. Her ultimate dream is to have her own cooking show where she can continue to educate and spread the goodness that is tasty, organic cooking/eating and healthy living. It’s a pleasure to work with someone so passionate and motivated in her craft.

Also, as a big fan of the Food Network and their shows, I’ve developed a fondness for food photography so I particularly enjoyed shooting this video for her. If you find yourself craving her dishes, please let her know!
